Show Details

  •  The Show will be held at “Elmore”, High Road, Chipstead, CR5 3SB.
  •  Access to the grounds will be available from 7:30 am on the day of the show. All sites should be ready and cars removed to the car park by 11:00 am. 
  •  The grounds open to the public at 11:30 am and the Show continues until prize giving at 4:30 pm. Stall holders are responsible for clearing their own sites and access for cars for loading will be available from 5:00 pm
  •  There will be limited space for car parking in the grounds this year. There is also car parking space available nearby and of course there will be access for unloading and loading as specified above. Please observe the one-way system in operation during the setting up period.
  •  The pitches provided will accommodate a 3m x 3m gazebo. Larger pitches are available on request and will be priced accordingly.
  •  Tables are available for hire and are approximately 1.8m x 0.75m
    • Charges:
      • £35 per pitch
      • £10 per table
  • The Committee will not be responsible for any accident arising from any cause whatsoever to any person assisting, exhibiting, or visiting the show, or for any loss or damage howsoever caused to the property of any person.
  • No polystyrene to be used.
  • Closing date for applications 6th July 2018
