The Phoenix Band 22nd August 201711th March 2018 by Chipstead Flower Show The Phoenix Concert Band was formed in 1996 as an evening class at the then Sutton College of Learning for Adults. They have been performing ever since, usually about 4 or 5 concerts per year including the Flower Show in Chipstead.
