South London Harrier's Elmore 7 Run

This challenging 7 mile road race, a staple in the Surrey Road League series, attracts up to 400 runners each year as they take on the picturesque Surrey Downs.

The race begins and ends in the fair itself, presenting a lovely opportunity for runners and their families to relax and enjoy themselves after a gruelling run and grab a much needed refreshment.

Every finisher receives a medal and prizes for first, second and third men and women are awarded in the Show Ring itself. There are further prizes for each Vets category as well.

Every year, the proceeds from the show are donated to a charity of the South London Harrier's choice; in 2019 the chosen Charity is "The Garwood Foundation".
